Tom Westerkamp – Principal, Chief Strategy Officer
Tom Westerkamp is the founder and Chief Strategic Officer for the Westerkamp Group, LLC (WG). In his role at WG, Tom facilitates the dynamic strategies necessary to achieve optimal results for our client partners. Tom has delivered results oriented revenue cycle solutions within the healthcare industry for over twenty eight years. The scope of his services includes all aspects of the patient revenue cycle from scheduling through final account resolution. Tom has provided consulting, interim management, and extended business office services to hundreds of hospitals. He managed the collection and resolution of well over one billion dollars in insurance receivables. Tom was co-founder and majority owner of Productivity Network Innovations-Healthcare, LLC (PNIH). After PNIH sold, Tom assisted in the integration of the business. Tom has a degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University and is a member of the Alabama Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

James G. Westerkamp - Chief Information Officer
James Westerkamp is the Chief Information Officer for the Westerkamp Group LLC (WG). In his role at WG, James supports the applications design and development of systems that implement the successful revenue cycle services provided by WG. James also provided consulting and project management services for hospital patient accounting and billing system conversions. James spent 1987 to 2006 at one of the top 10 global banks supporting various banking platform systems. In 2006, he returned to the healthcare industry. James has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Jennifer Keller, MBA, BSN, RN – Vice President, Client Solutions
Jennifer Keller, MBA, BSN, RN currently serves as Vice President Client Solutions at Westerkamp Group. Jennifer holds a Masters in Business Administration and Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Bellarmine University, Louisville, Kentucky. In her role with Westerkamp Group, she provides a wide range of next generation revenue cycle solutions to ensure cost containment, optimal performance account resolution for healthcare organizations nationwide. In the past 19 years, Jennifer has worked in monitoring and improving clinical processes, revenue cycle performance, service line development and has assisted payer organizations with cost containment initiatives. Her consultative approach develops client partnerships that have resulted in millions of dollars in increased revenue to date. She is a published author in hfm, an active member of the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and has been named the 2009-2010 Texas Gulf Coast Chapter’s Most Motivated Member. Jennifer’s mission is “to serve providers with above industry standard revenue cycle solutions so in turn providers attain optimal resources for the quality care of their patients.”

Michael Westerkamp - Office Manager
Michael Westerkamp has been with Westerkamp Group since 2009. Michael has been working in the Revenue Cycle environment since 2005. During this time, he has been involved with all aspects of the business, from strategy and planning to focusing on resolving patient accounts as efficiently as possible. This has allowed for a full understanding of various IT systems, as well as the logic that leads to the systems and processes used to ensure effective resolution of client accounts. Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University.
